Sorella Luxe began at home with a nail brush and has since grown into a product line, a press-on collection and nail education. Destinie Martin founded the brand, which is based in Arlington and operates under the legal name Sorella Luxe LLC.

The studio offers appointment-based nail services. Artist Choice is an artist-led set in which the client picks the length, up to two or three colors and the overall style, taking about 2 hours 30 minutes for $135. Elite Artist Choice is a more advanced artist-led set with encapsulation, layered textures and detailed art, taking about 3 hours 30 minutes for $170. The studio also offers Luxe Hard Gel Overlay at $120, a clean, cohesive set with controlled detail and up to two or three accent nails, and Elite Hard Gel Overlay, a fully customized, high-detail set with artwork across most or all nails, starting at $155. Listed prices are base rates, and the final cost may vary by length, design or add-ons.

Beyond the studio, the brand sells Bare Care cuticle oils, available online and in the studio, in Almond Rouge, Cashmere and Oat Milk & Honey. The oils are made with jojoba, sweet almond oil and vitamin E, and each comes in a 3 ml size for $15 or a 15 ml size for $28. Signature Press-Ons are handcrafted, custom-sized press-on nails, with the Serafina and Siena styles each listed at $85. A digital eBook, Acrylic 101: A Beginner's Guide to Acrylic Nails, is priced at $35.99.

A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to book and is applied to the service. A deposit can be moved once to a rescheduled appointment made within 30 days, with at least 24 hours notice; after 30 days a new deposit is required. Cancellations and reschedules should be made at least 24 hours ahead. Late changes incur a 50% fee of the total service, and no-shows a 100% fee. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which the appointment may be canceled or shortened. Services are not refunded, but lifting or issues reported within 48 hours are fixed at no charge; repairs after 48 hours are booked as a new service. Extra guests and children are not allowed at appointments.
