Treatments are planned as an ongoing course rather than a one-off facial, and each session is adjusted to the state of the skin on the day. Corrective work is built into a series: the SWiCH Dermal Rejuvenation is suggested every four weeks, with a 30-minute Refinement Ritual between sessions for established clients. Every facial includes a customized mask and LED therapy where it suits the skin.

The menu falls into three groups. Advanced Treatments run from a no-downtime serum infusion to oxygen and dermal rejuvenation sessions, priced from $220 to $255. Customized Treatments include a first-visit skin assessment at $100, an enzyme-based Circadia corrective treatment at $165, and microdermabrasion resurfacing at $190. Specialty Treatments include the Refinement Ritual at $135, a back treatment for congestion and uneven texture at $190, and oncology-supportive care.

Before booking, clients are asked to schedule facials at least 14 days after Botox or filler, to stop retinol products 5 to 7 days ahead, and to be at least a year past Accutane treatment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may get a shorter service. Cancellations need 24 hours notice where possible, services are non-refundable, and any concern about a treatment should be raised within 48 hours. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin and needs, based on the view that skincare is never one-size-fits-all.
