Owner Kiera L Stroup founded the spa in 2014 in one room in Downtown Tempe, aiming to build a day spa and wellness center that offers things other local spas do not and that welcomes everyone. The stated mission is to support balance inside and out in a calm, safe and inclusive setting.

The menu covers massage, facials, body scrubs and polishes, face and underarm waxing, brow shaping and tinting, chemical peels, dermaplaning, aromatherapy, Reiki, cupping, craniosacral work, hypnotherapy and tarot readings. Acne-focused facials and peels, anti-aging treatments and brightening facials sit alongside the massage menu, and many treatments can be combined or extended with add-ons such as hot stone, reflexology, craniosacral unwinding and LED light.

Every client receives full treatment time, with buffer time built between appointments so it is not taken from the service itself. First-time clients complete an intake form that is reviewed at the start of the treatment, along with questions about what they hope to get from the visit. Massage clients undress to their own comfort level and are draped with a sheet, so only the area being worked is exposed, and the massage intake form lets them mark areas they prefer not be worked and areas of tightness or focus. A typical facial includes two cleanses, enzyme exfoliation, extractions when needed, facial massage, a final mask, treatment serums, then moisturizer and SPF, with steps varying by facial type.

The spa is open Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 3pm, Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm, and is closed Monday and Tuesday. A valid debit or credit card is required to hold any appointment, and payment is taken after the service. Gratuity is not included in service prices and is collected at checkout. Gift certificates can be bought in any amount, personalized, and used toward services, products or gratuity for a practitioner. They are emailed or printed, are non-refundable and transferable, and expire five years from the purchase date. Client information is not shared or sold without the client's written permission.

The spa describes its aim as balance for face, mind, body and spirit, delivered with full treatment time and buffer time between clients. Acne and anti-aging facials are paired with chemical peel consultations where a skin evaluation and patch test are included before a stronger peel.
