The building is organized around its equipment and services, with rooms set aside for each of its FDA-approved lasers, for body sculpting, for facials and for laser hair removal. Injectables are given in a doctor's office on site. The clinic also sells medical-grade skincare from ZO Skin Health and SkinBetter Science in a showroom, and it runs an online shop.

Treatments fall into facials, body contouring and laser work. Facials range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Memberships bundle several treatments a month: Silver is listed at $129 per month and Gold at $200 per month. Members receive 10% off retail skincare. Memberships carry a six-month minimum commitment, are billed automatically on the first business day of each month, and an early cancellation carries a $200 fee.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or in person. The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Changes need at least 24 hours notice; same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a $100 fee. Services, memberships and products are non-refundable, packages expire after three years, and gift certificates expire after one year. Some treatments may not suit certain medical conditions, medications or pregnancy, so a consultation may be needed first. Results vary and may take more than one treatment.
