Sonder Lush was created to make clean nail care a normal part of everyday beauty routines. The studio describes itself as eco-friendly and focused on clean beauty, and says it welcomes everyone.
The studio is a private, calm space where each client gets personal attention. Manicures are waterless and pedicures are jet-less, done in ceramic pedicure basins, and staff clean and sanitize after every client. The team says it keeps learning and puts client health and beauty first.
The menu covers classic manicures and pedicures, gel overlays and gel extensions, IBX nail treatments, French and chrome nail art, and soak-off removal. Men's services include a Restoration pedicure with a urea-infused soak and extended callus care, and children's services are offered as well. Consultations, starting at $10, include a nail evaluation with service and product recommendations.
Booking requires a valid credit or debit card kept on file, which is charged after the service or for late cancellations, no-shows and reschedule fees. Cancellations with less notice are charged 50% of the booked services, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late have their appointment canceled, and late arrivals do not get extra time. Chipped or broken nails within three days of service are fixed free.
The studio favors waterless and jet-less services, sustainable products that change over time, and sanitizing between every client.
