Sonder was co-founded by Marlies Taylor and her eldest daughter. The studio builds each treatment around the individual client's skin, and the facial menu runs from a 60-minute Healthy Skin Teen Facial for $150 to the Intuitive Holistic Facial, which is 60 minutes for $180 or 90 minutes for $260. The Intuitive Holistic Facial can combine modalities such as gua sha, lymphatic brushing, facial cupping, LED light therapy, high frequency, nano infusion, red light, PEMF, sound resonance, oxygen infusion and a specialty mask. Signature facials include The Buccal Experience, a 60-minute intraoral massage facial for $300, The Lymphatic Experience, a 60-minute lymphatic drainage facial for $300, and The Sculpting Experience, a 60-minute intensive massage facial for $320.

For acne, the studio runs the Face Reality Clear Skin Program, a step-by-step plan that pairs professional treatments with home care. New clients begin with the Face Reality Acne Consultation and Treatment, a 60-minute session for $180. The 30-minute Face Reality Acne Maintenance Treatment, priced at $140, is offered only as part of a treatment plan for existing Face Reality clients. Facial add-ons include dermaplaning, microcurrent, exosome infusion, TriFusion, a targeted eye treatment, a neck and decollete treatment, lymphatic drainage and buccal massage.

Skin coaching is a separate, 30-minute one-on-one session for $200 rather than a facial. An esthetician reviews the skin and current products, covers acne, sensitivity and refining a routine, and offers education, product recommendations and follow-up support. The session includes a $100 credit toward a product purchase. Consultations can be held in person or over Zoom, and begin with an assessment of skin needs, lifestyle and goals.

Brows and waxing are done by estheticians. Brow lamination is priced at $140 and sets brows in place for several weeks, with the shape customized to each client. Waxing uses hard wax and ranges from a $15 lip service to a $75 full face. Gratuity is not included in service prices or in brow and waxing prices. The studio also sells skincare, body, makeup, hair and wellness products online, including a curated selection of brands.

Sonder takes a modern holistic approach to skin, tailoring each treatment to the individual client's needs. Products are chosen for ingredient transparency, performance and ethical sourcing and packaging, and the studio describes its professional treatments as results-driven while protecting the skin barrier.
