Every visit begins with a skin check-in, followed by a deeper consultation when the esthetician needs one. Treatments are customized to the skin concern at hand, and the studio serves people starting a skincare routine for the first time as well as those refining one they already follow. Most facials can be adapted for pregnant and breastfeeding clients, and Mother's Retreat is built around prenatal and postpartum care.

The menu runs from a 45-minute customized facial to a 90-minute extended restorative facial. Golden Hour adds restorative massage, while Luminous Lift uses gua sha and facial cupping together with the Accuglow by TOMA method; the studio calls Luminous Lift its most loved treatment. Ember Glow pairs oxygen therapy with gentle resurfacing, using dermaplaning or a light chemical peel depending on skin needs. Radiance Protocol is the advanced option and begins with an in-person or virtual consultation.

Some advanced treatments, including chemical peels, are open only to established facial clients, and a facial is required first so the esthetician can assess the skin. Appointments are needed for every visit. The studio is open Monday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sundays from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and is closed Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Treatments are shaped around each client's skin and goals, with a check-in at the start of every visit and advanced services reserved for clients who have had a facial first.
