Appointments are made by appointment only and can be booked online. Calls and texts are returned within two hours. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service, paid to the therapist.

The menu is grouped into massage, Ayurveda, head spa, skincare, memberships, packages and seasonal specials. Massage includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Reflexology, Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Couples work, an organic sugar scrub, on-site chair massage and the spa's own Five-Point Marma. Ayurvedic treatments include Abhyanga with steam, Shirodhara, Marma Abhyanga, Nasya and Karna Purana. Packages bundle several services at special pricing, from a one-hour Express at $99 to a two-and-a-half-hour Ojas at $234. The Cider & Spice Aromatherapy Ritual is a 75-minute warm oil massage at $125.

Memberships start at $95 per month and come in three tiers named after the Ayurvedic doshas. Each includes monthly massage time and member discounts, with the Kapha tier adding a quarterly Ayurvedic consultation and a personalized herbal oil. Benefits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the Services page, and cancellation requires 30 days notice. Gift cards are sold online in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and are final sale.

The team is led by Danielle, who owns the business and works as a Licensed Massage Therapist. All massage therapists hold a Connecticut MT License, and the other therapists hold appropriate licensure. Therapists are members of a major professional organization and are insured through a major national organization.
