The salon says its aim is to give clients an experience rather than simply a service.

A typical visit starts with a complimentary consultation before most salon and spa services, and clients receive personalized product recommendations afterward to help keep results going. Facial and massage clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Relaxation areas include fireplaces, refreshments and a co-ed lounge with plush seating, and massage clients have access to a quiet sanctuary, a locker room and showers. A pregnancy pillow is available for expectant mothers.

Facials are customized with PCA SKIN and Eminence Organic Skin Care products, and the menu ranges from a 25-minute targeted facial to an 80-minute ultimate customized facial. Add-on enhancements cover the lips, eyes, neck and decolletage, and dermaplaning. The oxygenating peel and PCA chemical peel are also offered; the PCA peel requires booking a facial first so an esthetician can review skin concerns. Hair services include a scalp massage with every appointment, and specialty colors, balayage, color corrections, perms and keratin treatments are priced after a consultation. Hair prices shown are starting points for Associate Stylists, and final pricing depends on stylist level, service and time.

Booking requires credit card information. Clients who need to move an appointment are asked to give at least 48 hours notice. Cancelling within 24 hours carries a fee of half the service cost, and a no-show carries the full service price. Services are non-refundable. Unused products can be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days with the original receipt, and boutique items within 15 days with tags attached. If a client feels expectations were not met, a corrective service is offered at no charge when the salon is notified within 7 days, and it is performed by the original provider. Clients may also change technicians at any time. Children under 18 may use the spa only when receiving a spa service, with a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

The salon begins most services with a consultation and follows up with product guidance meant to help results last between visits.

Natural materials, fireplaces and a cozy lounge give the space a warm, low-key feel.
