The studio sits in central Fairhaven, beside the Unitarian Memorial Church and the Millicent Library. The entrance is on Center St between the Harrop Center and the church. Street parking is available on Center St, and accessible parking is in the Harrop Center driveway. The studio describes its feel as cozy and nurturing, with a touch of vintage charm.

Massage options include the studio's Solto Signature Massage, which can be deep work, relaxation or a mix of both, as well as hot stone massage using heated basalt stones, cupping massage for chronic tension and pain, and TMJ relief focused on jaw tension. Facial menus range from the tailored Solto Signature Facial and dermaplaning to an advanced corrective facial and a Herbal Sculpting Facial built around warm herbal poultices, facial cupping and gua sha. Lash and brow services cover tinting, lash lifts and brow lamination. Waxing runs from small areas such as chin and nostrils up to full leg, with combined packages for several areas at once.
