Facials are customized and use natural, plant-based products. The spa uses Sunshine Botanicals post-treatment products in several facials and sells the line. It states that it was the first spa in Michigan to carry Sunshine Botanicals, which it describes as micro-brewed for freshness and potency and made without harsh chemicals.

The menu runs from a 30-minute facial for children 12 and under to advanced treatments. Options include a microcurrent facial, a microneedling facial using a derma pen with numbing cream, and a jet plasma facial for the face and neck, usually done as a series of six to eight. There are also peels, a diamond-tipped microdermabrasion facial, a gua sha sculpting facial, and an acne treatment facial that begins with an in-depth skin analysis for new clients.

The spa offers bridal and pregnancy-focused services. Bridal series include a skin consultation and a bridal skin care plan, and are offered as facial packages or as packages running one, three or six months. Bridal packages come with 10 percent off add-on treatments, 15 percent off facials for bridesmaids and the mother of the bride, and 10 percent off Sunshine Botanicals products. The first bridal appointment is two hours long. Bridal packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Facials are also offered for brides-to-be, expectant mothers and postpartum clients.

Appointments can be booked through the spa's Vagaro page or by calling (616) 826-1726. Cancellations or rebookings need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments are charged 50 percent of the service amount. No-shows are charged the full amount to the card on file. The spa also hosts workshops on topics such as gua sha, skin health and nutrition, and dry brushing, and it sells gift certificates. Parking is free, the space has disabled access and WiFi, it is listed as kid friendly, and services are offered in English.
