Facials are the salon's main service category. The Acne Consultation is a 50-minute appointment covering how acne is understood and managed, and clients can expect to spend roughly $150-$200 on products for home use. The Bootcamp Facial is open to existing clients who use Face Reality Acne Corrective skin care. It is booked every two weeks until the skin clears, and an Acne Consultation must come first. Once someone finishes Bootcamp, the next step is the Clear Skin Facial, a 50-minute treatment for the face only. The Soloist Facial lasts 50 minutes and treats the face, neck and décolletage. The Soloist Plus runs 80 minutes and includes a Signature HydraFacial along with facial massage. The options are: microcurrent, ozone, plasma infusion, LED light, photo light therapy, nano infusion, high frequency, dermaplaning, a chemical exfoliant, and a mild peel.

The HydraFacial menu has three levels. The Signature HydraFacial is a 30-minute treatment with cleansing, glycolic and salicylic peel exfoliation, extraction and serum infusion, and dermaplane can be added for an additional $25. The Deluxe HydraFacial is 50 minutes and includes a booster and LED light therapy. The Platinum HydraFacial combines lymphatic drainage, a Deluxe HydraFacial, a booster of choice and LED light therapy.

Facial massage services are built around specific techniques. A 30-minute Lymphatic Drainage Massage is offered for the face. Sculptural Facelifting Massage is a 50-minute treatment that combines lymphatic drainage and buccal/intraoral techniques across the face, neck and decolletage, with 8-10 sessions recommended, ideally weekly, followed by monthly treatment. Reconstructive Facelifting Massage is an 80-minute noninvasive massage for age-related changes in the face and neck, with 6-10 sessions recommended, ideally weekly, followed by monthly treatment.

BioRePeel is a two-phase chemical peel using a 35% TCA formula, with no downtime. Jet Plasma is a noninvasive treatment with no downtime, used for tightening skin, fine lines, wrinkles and dark spots; an initial series of 4-8 treatments spaced 48-72 hours apart is recommended unless paired with another treatment, then monthly maintenance. Tixel Skin Resurfacing uses a heated plate to create micro channels in the skin and is offered as full ablative, medium ablative or open channel. Full and medium ablative sessions are recommended as a course of 3-6 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Full ablative skin can stay pink to red for 2-3 days with a light brown micro crust for 7-10 days, so clients are advised to take a couple of days off work. Open Channel can be repeated every 2-4 weeks and allows a return to normal activity the next day.
