The facial menu starts with a 25-minute skin consultation, offered virtually or in person for $25, which includes a customized home care plan and a $10 product credit. The Custom Facial is a 75-minute treatment at $100 with deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, high frequency, facial massage and a customized mask, finished with targeted products. Radiance RX is a 60-minute facial at $130 that uses a custom chemical peel or microdermabrasion, and it does not include massage. The Gentleman's Facial is a 70-minute deep-cleansing treatment at $110 designed for men's skin and the beard area, with a high-frequency comb treatment for the beard. Five add-ons can be added to a facial: aromatherapy, cooling globes, gua sha facial massage, scalp massage and LED light therapy. Brow services include a Signature Brow Wax with detailed brow mapping, brow lamination (which smooths the brow hairs but does not include wax or tint), brow tinting combined with waxing, lamination with waxing, and a Brow Trio that combines lamination, tint and wax. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, stomach and bikini and Brazilian areas. Bikini and Brazilian waxes are offered to women only.

Packages include a five-service underarm wax for $85, a five-wax Brazilian package for $250 and a three-facial Custom Facial Package for $290. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking on the services page. The Solene Wellness Membership is $84 per month and includes one customized facial, two enhancements, 10% off retail and 5% off waxing. Membership benefits are applied automatically at in-store checkout.

Booking policies: cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A late cancellation forfeits the deposit if one was paid, or otherwise the card on file is charged 50% of the scheduled service. New clients are asked for deposits of $10 to $25 on several services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

Services lean on customization: facials are built around the client, and a skin consultation can lead to a home care plan with professional-grade product recommendations.
