Before a first treatment, a consultation is strongly recommended. For GLP-1, peptide and hormone therapy, an initial consultation is required and includes lab work and a discussion with a provider. GLP-1 and peptide plans are medically guided, built around lab results and personal goals, with check-ins along the way.

Two monthly plans are offered. The Ritual is $99 a month with no required minimum stay and covers one B12 or Lipo injection each month, 10% off IV drips, add-ons, boosters and retail, priority scheduling, and a birthday IV. The Reserve is $249 a month and includes one Signature IV monthly, a B12 or Lipo injection every week, 15% off everything else on the menu, one free IV for a guest each quarter, priority appointment access, and unused IVs carried over for 90 days. Non-members can book too, but members get the perks and member pricing.

Cancellation terms ask for at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. Memberships can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Financing and payment plans are offered, and prospective clients are asked to call or text for details.

Standard aftercare advice is to stay out of the sun and skip alcohol and caffeine for the first two days after a treatment, and each service comes with its own specific aftercare instructions. According to the business, its medical care is of the highest standard and it uses advanced, modern equipment.

Plans are personalized, not standardized, whether a client wants a quick reset or ongoing care for aesthetic or wellness needs. Treatments are described as minimally invasive with little to no downtime.
