Appointments usually last 20 to 60 minutes, and the minimum age is 18. Opus Plasma skin resurfacing and tightening treats the whole face in about 20 minutes using radiofrequency energy and plasma, which the office describes as stimulating collagen in the deeper skin layers, with no incisions or needles. A topical numbing agent is applied first, and a doctor consultation is required before the first session. Three sessions spaced three to six weeks apart are usually recommended, with redness and swelling typically lasting 24 to 72 hours. Opus Plasma can be added to whitening, veneers or Invisalign in the same appointment.
