A visit takes place in a private suite with one client at a time, and appointments only. Each appointment is with the person who does the wax, since there are no rotating staff. Most intimate services can be done in hard wax or sugar wax at the same price. For best results, the studio suggests hair be about a quarter inch long, or around two to three weeks of growth. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday; Wednesday and Sunday are closed.

Deposits come off the total on the day of the appointment, and a card on file is required to book. Cards and deposits are held by GlossGenius, the booking platform, not by the studio. Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm are available for bookings between $50 and $4,000. Clients who no-show are charged a 50% cancellation fee. A client whose appointment is affected can reschedule within 24 hours by responding with a new date and time within one hour, and may reschedule once with one deposit within 7 days of the original appointment; otherwise a cancellation fee applies.

Tame-It Tuesday is a flat $55 Brazilian wax, about 25 minutes, offered on Tuesdays only with a $25 deposit; the studio calls it its best rate. Combinations with a vajacial mask, underarm wax or full butt wax range from $70 to $110. Brazilian wax (V) starts at $68 and takes 25 minutes or more, and the extended Brazilian starts at $85 and covers the front, butt strip, inner cheeks, inner thigh and stomach strip. The Kitty Tune-Up Brazilian is $110 flat, 45 minutes, and includes a full Brazilian, inner thigh and a mini vajacial. The Vajacial Mask is $45, 30 minutes or more; the studio says it cleanses, treats and helps prevent breakouts, blemishes and ingrown hair. Men can book chest, back, full stomach, leg, underarm and face waxing.

Kitty Maintenance packages are priced at $195 (Basic), $380 (Routine) and $560 (Premium). Each is valid for 6, 9 or 12 months, respectively, and includes Brazilians with perks such as priority booking, discounts on add-ons and retail, and free hydrojelly masks. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, may only be used by the original purchaser, and unused services expire after the package date. For package holders, a late cancellation or no-show forfeits one Brazilian.
