The approach starts from the idea that beauty comes from the inside out, so treatments are meant to support relaxation and overall well-being alongside the look of the skin, hair and body.

The space is set up as a sanctuary for relaxation and healing, a break from everyday demands. The spa focuses on intentional relaxation, natural approaches and newer techniques, and says that regular self-care can help reduce stress.

The menu is broad. Facials include the Signature Facial, Dermaplane Facial, The Acne Facial with extractions, a Chemical Peel with Signature Facial, and a Chill N' Glow Facial for kids. Chemical peels come as glycolic, lactic, lightening or salicylic options. Hair removal is done with hard wax, from small areas like the nose and brows up to full legs. Pedicures and manicures range from quick options to longer restorative sessions, and there is a senior pedicure for clients 65 and up. Body treatments include firming options for the arms, thighs, and stomach and back, and massage includes a Hybrid Touch relaxation massage offered in 60- and 90-minute versions.

Sol Botanica, the spa's herbal line, is hand prepared in small batches using responsibly sourced botanicals. Products include bath and shower ritual sets, a dry body oil, bath soak and shower steamer refills, an organic raw loofah, and smudging herbs. Orders can be shipped or picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 12pm MST. eGift cards come in amounts from $25 to $250, never expire, and can be bought for yourself or someone else.
