Solaea Suites

Solaea Suites is a suite-style space for stylists who run their own businesses rather than working inside a traditional salon. Each of the eight booths is private and designated, with a styling chair, lockable storage, and good lighting and large mirrors at the workstation.

Stylists have access to a break area, on-site washer and dryer access for linens, and a beverage area. Common areas are professionally maintained and professional cleanings are included. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for booking and business management, and the building has 24/7 secure code-entry access. Free parking is available for both stylists and clients.

The founding rate is $300 per week for initial placements. It covers a furnished station, utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry access, the beverage area and shared amenities. Founding placement agreements run six months and Charter Founder agreements run twelve months. Founding placements are limited to eight stylists, and each placement is confirmed after an alignment conversation. Private tours are one-on-one and available on request, with requests answered within 48 hours.

The space is currently curated for licensed hair professionals. Applications list hair styling, braiding, natural hair, color and extension work among specialties. Operating by appointment only, it is not a walk-in, high-volume, commission-based or franchise salon, and stylist portal access is by invitation only.

Built for stylists who put reputation, consistency and long-term client relationships first, with each stylist setting their own schedule and taking their own bookings.

The setting is calm and low-traffic, with activity organized around appointments.
