The studio puts the client experience first and aims to build a lasting relationship with each person who visits. Every service is adjusted to what that client wants and needs, and the studio describes its space as a calm, secure and creative place for regular visits.

Appointments are booked online through the studio's GlossGenius page. Clients with questions can reach the owner through a contact form on the website. A standard haircut runs about 45 minutes and usually uses clippers for a short length, while a beard trim takes about 30 minutes. Combined haircut and beard trim appointments take about an hour. Longer hair past the neck, layering, creative precision styles and major changes are handled in a 60-minute long hair or layered cut.

For urgent or last-minute needs that cannot wait for regular hours, the studio offers after-hours appointments. Clients must contact the studio before booking these, and they carry an extra 50% on the service total. Late cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 25% of the booked price, and no-call no-shows are charged 50%.
