Each package starts with the scalp and hair. Begin includes a neck and shoulder massage, scalp massage, deep hair cleansing, a customized hair mask, leave-in conditioner and Milbon Signature product. Balance adds a revitalizing scalp massage. Bliss includes that massage and can add a Mini Bliss Facial. Halo is the longest package and uses premium Milbon Gold products, with scalp exfoliation, hot stone, a mini blowout, a revitalizing scalp massage, a Mini Bliss Facial, Milbon Gold Enhancing Vivacity and a Scalp Insight exam.

On arrival, guests change into robes and slippers. Heated massage bags, aromatherapy and complimentary refreshments are part of the visit. Clients do not need to wash their hair beforehand, and arriving 5 to 10 minutes early is suggested. The booked time can run up to 30 minutes longer to cover check-in, changing and a dessert.

Pairs, couples and small groups can be seen at the same time. Group bookings and special events go through the contact line. Gift cards can be bought in physical or electronic form, in any amount, with an optional personal message. They cover any service or product, and any leftover balance can go toward a tip.

Treatments center on scalp care, combining cleansing, massage and conditioning, with Milbon products used for hair treatments.

Guests are welcomed with robes, slippers, heated massage bags and aromatherapy.
