The Pike Creek studios are in the Linden Hill Station lifestyle center, reached off Route 7 and New Linden Hill Rd. Each studio has a private glass door with its own lock and key, full-spectrum lighting, utilities, instant hot water and on-site laundry. Studio owners can personalize the space with their own artwork, music, furniture and decor. Suite amenities include a spacious breakroom, and Wilmington locations list 24/7 security, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, bathroom facilities, on-site parking and Wi-Fi.

Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi, and pricing is presented without extra charges.
