Sola Salons

Sola Salons is a suite-rental studio at 2265 N. Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa. It is one of the Sola Salon Studios franchise locations in Wisconsin, and each location is independently owned and operated. The business does not offer services of its own; it provides private studio space for professionals who run their own practices.

The suites are built for hairstylists, estheticians, medical estheticians, permanent makeup artists, lash technicians, barbers, nail technicians and massage therapists. Each suite is private and arrives fully furnished, so a renter can move in and begin working in a finished room.

For renters who are starting out, the company provides a start-up manual. It includes a checklist, forms and tips for obtaining a salon license and other licenses and permits, guidance on setting up a studio, advice on credit card processing, and contacts for retail support and product distributors.

Suite renters have access to liability insurance and, in certain areas, disability insurance. They also receive retail discounts, special offers for online scheduling, continuing education programs and access to industry events. The location hosts community gatherings for renters, such as cocktail parties and family picnics.

Each salon professional and salon business at a location is independently owned and operated. Sola Salons does not manage their operations, employment or personnel.

Sola Salons acts as the space provider for independent professionals, offering private suites, start-up resources and renter benefits rather than running services in-house.

Renters gather for community events such as cocktail parties and family picnics.
