Each suite has its own glass door with an individual lock and key, and renters receive a key of their own. Suites come with a shampoo bowl and a styling chair, full-spectrum lighting, and sound-insulated walls. Hot water is available instantly. On-site laundry, bathroom facilities and janitorial services are provided, and the location has 24/7 security. Access hours vary by location.

Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. The site says a private suite can cost about the same as renting a chair or booth in a traditional salon. Renters set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they sell, set their own work hours and keep all of their profits.
