Suites range from a single chair to a private treatment room, so renters can choose a layout that fits their service. Each suite has a glass door with an individual lock and key, along with full-spectrum lighting, instant hot water, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, ventilation and Wi-Fi.
Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices and keep all of their profits, and they can choose which products they sell and keep 100% of the product profit.
The building has 24/7 access and 24/7 security, along with bathroom facilities, on-site parking and on-site laundry. Access hours vary by location.
Each renter operates as an independent business in a private suite, setting their own prices and choosing their own product selection.
