Each suite has a glass door with an individual lock and key, along with a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and full-spectrum lighting. Utilities and Wi-Fi are covered by one weekly fee, and security is provided around the clock. Access hours vary by location.
Tenants set their own service and product prices, keep all of their profits, and choose the brands and products they carry. The building sits in a shopping center off Waterman North and I-10 on Hospitality Lane, which includes Home Depot, Aldi, Petsmart and LA Fitness along with other shops and restaurants, and offers plenty of off-street parking for owners and their clients.
