Each renter has a key to their suite and sets their own work hours. Renters also set their own service and product prices and keep the profits. They pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi.
Suites include a glass door with an individual lock and key, full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and customizable studio space. The building offers bathroom facilities, on-site parking, on-site laundry, a self-locking front entrance, 24/7 building access and 24/7 security. Access hours vary by location.
Renters may choose and sell the brands and products they want, and keep all of the product profits.
The suites give independent professionals their own private space, their own prices and their own schedules, with a single weekly fee covering utilities.
