Sola Salons offers 22 individual studios, each rented by an independent beauty professional rather than employed by the building. Studios come in standard, large and double sizes.
Studios are move-in ready and come equipped with shampoo bowls, cabinets and shelving. The listed suite amenities include full-spectrum lighting, 24/7 security, utilities and a shampoo bowl and styling chair. Each studio has its own lock and key, and studio access hours vary by location.
Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. Renters set their own service and product prices, choose the brands and products they sell, and keep all of their profits.
The building has plenty of parking for studio owners and their guests. The company says it has a community of more than 20,000 independent business owners. Each Sola Salon Studios franchise location is independently owned and operated, and each professional or business at a location is independently owned and operated as well.
