Sola Salons Fox Chapel

Sola Salons rents salon suites to independent beauty and wellness professionals. Each Sola Salon Studios location is a separate franchise that is independently owned and operated. The Horsham location is at 116 Welsh Rd., next to AT&T and Remix Fitness.

Suites come in several sizes and layouts. Listed suite equipment includes full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and bathroom facilities. Each suite has its own glass door with an individual lock and key, and tenants can decorate and furnish the space with their own artwork, music and decor.

Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices, keep all profits, choose the brands and products they sell and keep the profit from products. Tenants also set their own work hours, and access hours vary by location. The company states that suite rent can cost about the same as renting a chair or booth.

Shared spaces include a breakroom, janitorial services and on-site laundry, and the building has 24/7 security. The company states that it has a community of more than 20,000 independent business owners.

Suites are run as each tenant's own business, with the tenant setting prices, hours and product choices.

Each suite is private and can be personalized by its tenant.
