Renters are a mix of trades, including hairstylists, estheticians, medical estheticians, permanent makeup artists, lash techs, barbers, nail techs and massage therapists. Each suite has its own lock and key, a styling chair and a shampoo bowl, full-spectrum lighting, sound-insulated walls and ventilation. Shared areas include on-site laundry, a breakroom, bathroom facilities and janitorial service.
Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. Renters set their own work hours and their own service and product prices, and they keep the profits from both. They may also sell products of their own choosing and keep all of the profit from those sales. Access hours vary by location.
