Sola Salons

The Olathe location is run by its owner as a franchise of Sola Salon Studios. It is set up for independent professionals who want their own space rather than a chair inside a larger salon. The business describes itself as the premier private salon and spa suite rental in Olathe, a claim the listing reports as the business's own.

Each unit is a private studio built for a range of services, and studios come move-in ready and fully furnished. Suites are offered to a broad mix of trades, from hair and skin work to lashes, brows, nails, barbering, and massage, so renters in different fields can share one building.

Renters get access to liability insurance and disability insurance, the latter in certain areas. They also receive discounts on retail products and special offers for booking online, and have access to continuing education programs.

New renters are supported with a start-up manual that covers checklists, license and permit guidance, studio setup details, credit card processing tips, and retail distributor contacts. The location also hosts community events for renters, including cocktail parties, family picnics, and other gatherings.

The suite model gives independent professionals their own private studio along with business support, insurance access, and education.

Each studio is a private, move-in ready room that is fully furnished.
