Suites come fully furnished and ready to use, with private medical and salon studios. Each has full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and instant hot water, along with sound-insulated walls, ventilation, bathroom facilities and janitorial service. Renters also share a roomy breakroom and on-site laundry, and each suite has a glass door with its own lock and key.
The arrangement is built around independence. Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi, set their own service and product prices, and keep everything they earn. They can also choose which brands and products they carry and keep the full profit from those sales. Sola is not responsible for the operations or employment matters of the professionals who rent from it.
The location has 24/7 security, and renters can reach their suite around the clock, though access hours vary by location.
Sola's model gives independent professionals their own private space and full control over pricing, product selection and the profits from their work.
