Sola Salons rents salon suites to independent beauty professionals. Each Sola Salon Studios franchise location is independently owned and operated. The Morrisville location is at 1901 NW Cary Pkwy., and it offers suites in a range of sizes.

Each suite is equipped from the start, with upscale cabinetry, large glass doors, shampoo bowls and styling chairs. Suites use full-spectrum lighting and have soundproofed walls. The building offers a roomy break area and laundry facilities on site. Every tenant receives a personal lock and key for their own suite.

Tenants pay one weekly fee that includes utilities and Wi-Fi. Tenants decide their own service and product prices and keep all of the profits, including what they earn from products they sell. Suite access runs around the clock, and hours vary by location.

The business says it has a community of more than 20,000 independent business owners. The Morrisville building houses a mix of tenant businesses, including a nail studio, a tattoo studio, several hair studios and skin and aesthetics practices.

Each suite is run by its tenant as an independent business, with the tenant setting prices and keeping all profits.
