Every suite has its own glass door with an individual lock and key, and the location has 24/7 security. Renters pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. Access hours vary by location, and renters set their own schedules.

Renters choose the brands and products they sell and keep all of the profits. Sola supports them with a start-up manual, forms and guidance for obtaining a salon license and other permits, and tips on credit card processing.

Renters also get retail discounts, special offers for online scheduling, continuing education programs and invitations to industry events. The company says it has more than 750 locations nationwide and a community of over 20,000 independent beauty professionals. Each location is independently owned and operated.
