Sola Salons

Sola Salons Third Ward is a private salon suite rental business at 505 E. Menomonee St. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is one of the Sola Salon Studios franchise locations, and each location is independently owned and operated. The business describes itself as a premier private salon and spa suite rental in the Third Ward.

The suites are private studios that come move-in ready and fully furnished, so a professional can start working without buying furniture or building out a room. They are set up for a range of services, and the rentals are made for independent professionals rather than employees of the business.

Renters can work across hair, skin, nails, lashes, brows and massage. The space is available to hairstylists, estheticians, medical estheticians, permanent makeup artists, lash techs, barbers, nail techs and massage therapists. Each salon professional and salon business at a Sola location is independently owned and operated.

Beyond the suite itself, renters get a start-up manual with checklists, forms for salon and other licenses and permits, studio setup details, credit card processing tips, and retail and distributor contacts. Liability insurance is included for renters, and disability insurance is available in certain areas.

Renters also receive retail discounts, special offers for online scheduling, continuing education programs and invitations to industry events. The location hosts community gatherings for local Sola renters, such as cocktail parties and family picnics. Prospective renters can request information through an online form or by calling (414) 293-3522.

Private, fully furnished studios set up for one professional at a time.
