The Swift Creek location is one of several Sola Salon Studios sites, each independently owned and operated by a franchise owner. Sola leases individual suites to independent professionals, and the company describes these as high-end, fully equipped private studios. Each suite has its own individual lock and key on a glass door, and tenants can decorate and furnish their space with their own artwork, music and decor. The company says its wider community includes more than 20,000 independent business owners.
Tenants pay a single weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi, so there are no additional charges to track. Tenants set their own service and product prices, choose the brands and products they sell, and keep all of their profits, including product profits.
The model gives independent professionals their own private space and full control over pricing, product choices and the look of their suite.
Each suite is a private, individually secured studio with full-spectrum lighting.
