Sola Salons Livonia

Sola Salons operates suite rental studios for beauty and wellness professionals. Each Sola Salon Studios location is independently owned and operated, so the setup and day-to-day running can vary by site. The company says its community includes more than 20,000 independent business owners.

The suites are private and come fully furnished. They are offered to hairstylists, estheticians, medical estheticians, permanent-makeup artists, lash techs, barbers and nail techs, and also to chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists and other wellness practitioners. Each suite has its own glass door with an individual lock and key, full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and instant hot water. The walls are sound insulated and the rooms are ventilated. Tenants can personalize their space with their own artwork, music, furniture and decor.

Each suite carries one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. Tenants set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they carry and keep all of their profits. Suites offer 24/7 access, though hours vary by location, and tours of the suites can be scheduled before renting.

The Livonia location is at 17900 Haggerty Road. It offers 24/7 security and building access, on-site laundry, janitorial services, a spacious breakroom and lighted parking areas. The company describes its Livonia suites as the premier private suites for rent. The Livonia contact is Amanda Brown, at +1 (810) 819-3930.

Sola provides the private space, the utilities and the building services, and each tenant runs their own business, sets their own prices and keeps the profit.

Private, fully furnished suites with sound-insulated walls, which each tenant can decorate to suit their own style.
