The company says its mission is to help independent beauty professionals grow their businesses, and it states that its community includes more than 20,000 independent business owners.

The space rents private suites to a wide range of beauty and wellness professionals: barbers, brow technicians, estheticians, hair extension specialists, hairstylists, health and wellness practitioners, laser hair removal providers, lash technicians, makeup artists, massage therapists, medical spa professionals, nail technicians, permanent makeup artists, tattoo artists and waxers. Each suite has its own glass door with a lock and key, and the building is staffed with security around the clock.

Renters pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. Each suite includes full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and utilities. Renters set their own working hours using their personal key, and access hours vary by location.

Renters run their own businesses: they set their own service and product prices, keep all service profits, choose which brands and products to sell, and keep all product profits.

The model is built around independent ownership, with renters setting their own prices, hours and product lines and keeping what they earn.

Each suite is a private room that renters can decorate with their own artwork, music and furniture.
