Each suite has a glass door with its own lock and key. Every suite includes a shampoo bowl and a styling chair, and the building offers 24/7 security, bathroom facilities, a spacious breakroom, ventilation, instant hot water, on-site laundry and full-spectrum lighting. Suites can be set up for 24/7 access, though access hours vary by location.
Rent is one weekly fee that includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. Tenants choose the brands and products they sell and keep all of the profit from them.
The site says the Madison suites suit beauty professionals with at least three years of experience whose clients are in Morris County. Prospective tenants arrange a tour through the location's tour manager.
According to the site, Sola works with more than 21,000 independent beauty and wellness professionals across more than 750 locations in the U.S. and Canada, and has partnered with independent professionals for over 20 years.
