Sola Salons

Sola Salons is a suite rental business, not a salon with staff of its own. Its stated mission is to give beauty and wellness professionals rentable workspace that supports their own businesses. The company says it has more than 20,000 independent business owners in its community.

This Levittown location is in the Langhorne Square Shopping Center, close to Redner's Fresh Market. Each suite has a private glass door with an individual lock and key, so renters have a space of their own rather than a shared station. Suites can be toured by appointment, arranged through the location's leasing team.

Renters pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi, with no additional fees listed. They set their own work hours, their own service and product prices, and keep the profits from both. They can also choose which products to sell and keep all of that revenue. Each suite has exclusive use of its supplies and equipment.

Suites come with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, bathroom facilities, and access to a spacious breakroom. Janitorial services and on-site laundry are included, and the building has 24/7 security. Access hours vary by location.

Each Sola Salon Studios franchise is independently owned and operated, and each salon professional or salon business in a Sola location runs its own operation. Sola Salons is not responsible for those operations or the personnel involved.

The business is built around giving independent beauty and wellness professionals their own rented space and full control over their pricing, hours and product sales.
