Suites are open to licensed professionals in beauty and wellness, including stylists, barbers, estheticians, nail technicians, massage therapists and lash artists. Each renter receives a key to a suite with an individual lock on a Sola glass door, and sets their own work hours within the access hours for this location.
Renters pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi, with no additional charges. They set their own service and product prices, keep all of their profits, and may sell any products they choose, keeping the full margin on those sales.
