Sola Salon Studios is a suite-rental business rather than a salon with a staff. Sola Salons leases individual studios to independent professionals, who run their own businesses from them. The company says it has more than 20,000 independent business owners in its community.
The Cinco Ranch East location is at the southeast corner of Westheimer Parkway and Mason Road, directly across from the Kroger Center in Katy. Each suite is move-in ready and comes with a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, cabinets and shelving, along with full-spectrum lighting. Each suite has its own lock and key on the Sola glass door, and the building has 24/7 security. Suite access hours vary by location.
Tenants pay a single weekly fee that includes utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices and keep all of their profits, including 100% of product sales.
Sola Salons provides the space and the shared utilities, and each independent professional runs their own business, sets their own prices and keeps the profits.
