The suites are built for hair stylists, barbers, estheticians, massage therapists and nail technicians. The Avon location offers 1-chair and 2-chair studios. Each suite has a styling chair, a shampoo bowl, cabinetry, sinks and ergonomic chairs, along with good lighting, sound-insulated walls and ventilation. Renters get a glass door with an individual lock and key, plus a sliding, lockable door for privacy.

The weekly fee includes utilities and Wi-Fi, with no surprise charges. Shared amenities include 24/7 security, a breakroom, on-site laundry, janitorial service, instant hot water and bathroom facilities. Indianapolis-area suites also list 24/7 building access, on-site parking, individual studio locks and studio customizations. Access hours vary by location.

New renters get a start-up manual with a checklist, forms for salon and other licenses and permits, and studio setup details. The company also offers credit card processing tips, retail support with distributor contacts, access to liability insurance and disability insurance in certain areas, retail discounts, offers for online scheduling, continuing education and industry events.
