Rather than working as an employee in a shared salon, a tenant rents a private suite and runs their own business from it. Suites come in Standard, Large and Doubles sizes. Each one is equipped with a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, cabinets and shelving, and full-spectrum lighting, and it has a signature glass door with its own lock and key.

Tenants receive a key, so they set their own working hours, though access hours vary by location. Utilities and Wi-Fi are covered by one weekly fee, and the building provides 24/7 security. Tenants have exclusive use of their own supplies and equipment.

Pricing and product decisions stay with the tenant. Suite tenants set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they sell, and keep all of the profits from both.

The model is built around independent business ownership: each tenant controls their own hours, prices and product choices within their suite.
