Each suite is a private, fully equipped room. Owners can personalize their space with artwork, music, furniture and decor, and receive a key to their own suite so they can set their own work hours. Building access is available 24/7, though suite access hours vary by location. Suites are rented for one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi, and the company states no additional fees.

Owners set their own service and product prices and keep the profits from their work. They can also choose the brands and products they sell and keep all of the profit from those sales.
