The location is in Coliseum Central, Hampton, close to Peninsula Town Center, the Hampton Coliseum, the Hampton Roads Convention Center, and major roads. The company describes its community of independent suite renters as the largest of its kind.

Renters get access to liability insurance, with disability insurance available in certain areas. They also receive discounts on retail products and special offers for online scheduling.

For renters starting out, the company provides a start-up manual with a checklist, licensing forms and tips, and details on studio setup such as insurance and equipment. Start-up support also covers credit card processing tips and contacts for retail and distributors.

Continuing education programs are open to renters, and the company hosts community events for them, including cocktail parties and family picnics. Each location and each professional business within it is independently owned and operated.
