Each suite is a private room with its own signature glass door, locked with an individual key, and walls built to be sound-insulated. Suites come with a styling chair and a shampoo bowl, along with full-spectrum lighting and instant hot water. Renters decide on the artwork, music, furniture and decor, so each room can reflect its occupant.

Suites are offered to hairstylists, estheticians, medical estheticians, permanent-makeup artists, lash techs, barbers, nail techs and massage therapists. Each renter operates as an independently owned business, so the arrangement suits people who want their own clientele and their own schedule rather than a shared salon floor.

Renters pay one weekly fee that includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices, choose the brands and products they sell, and keep all profits, including 100% of product profits. Shared facilities include on-site laundry, bathrooms, janitorial service, ventilation and a spacious breakroom, with 24/7 security across the building. Suite access hours vary by location.

Suites are rented on an independent-business model: each renter runs their own business, sets their own prices and chooses their own products.
