The business describes leasing a suite as a way to run your own boutique salon as an owner. Each suite is fully furnished and ready to move into, with a styling chair and a shampoo bowl. Suites have sound-insulated walls, full-spectrum lighting, ventilation, bathroom facilities, a breakroom, on-site laundry, instant hot water and janitorial service. Utilities and 24/7 security are included.

Tenants receive a key to their own suite with a signature Sola glass door and an individual lock. Access is available around the clock, though hours vary by location. Prospective tenants can request a tour and submit a leasing request online. According to the business, the cost of a personal suite is similar to renting a chair or booth elsewhere.

Tenants set their own service and product prices and keep all of their profits. They can choose the brands and products they carry, and they can personalize the suite with their own artwork, music, furniture and decor. The business says more than 20,000 independent business owners are part of its community.

Sola Salons treats each suite as the tenant's own boutique business, with the tenant setting prices, choosing products and keeping the profits.
