Independent professionals rent a lockable suite and run their own business inside it, which can include hairstylists, barbers, estheticians, spa professionals, nail technicians, massage therapists, eyelash and eyebrow artists, makeup artists, and tattoo artists.

Each suite has a private glass door with an individual lock and key, and renters have 24/7 access, though hours vary by location. Suites come with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, and ventilation. The Gulf Coast Town Center location also has 24/7 security, bathrooms, a spacious breakroom, on-site laundry, and instant hot water.

Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi, with no added charges. They set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they sell, and keep the profits from both. They can also decorate their suite with their own artwork, music, furniture, and decor.
