Rather than working as employees in a shared salon, tenants run their own businesses from their own suite. Each suite has a glass door with an individual lock and key, and tenants can choose the artwork, music, furniture and decor. Suites come with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl and a styling chair.
Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. Tenants can sell products of their own choosing and keep 100% of the profits. The location has 24/7 security and free parking, and suite access hours vary by location.
