Each suite is a private room with its own glass door, individual lock and key, and sliding, locking doors for privacy. Suites come with upscale cabinetry, sinks and shampoo bowls, ergonomic chairs and full-spectrum lighting. Shared amenities include a breakroom, janitorial service, ventilation, bathroom facilities, on-site laundry, sound-insulated walls, 24/7 security and instant hot water.

Rent is one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. Renters set their own service and product prices, keep all of their profits, choose which brands and products to sell and keep the full product profit. They may also decorate their suite as they wish. Suite access hours vary by location, so renters should confirm them with the Crown Point studio.

The company says it has more than 20,000 independent business owners in its community. Other Indiana Sola locations are in Evansville, Fort Wayne, Granger, Mishawaka and several in the Indianapolis area.
